Edit subtitle text and timing

Open a UTF-8 subtitle file, paste its text from Project, or try the spoken sample. Each row has an in time, out time and editable caption. The player and timeline follow the same cue boundaries.

Worked example

A cue from 00:00:01.400 to 00:00:03.500 lasts 2.1 seconds. Change its text, preview it with the video, then export SRT or VTT.

Limits & review

Up to 3,000 cues / 2 MiB per input. Invalid timing blocks subtitle export. Reading hints are adjustable and do not guarantee compliance.
